They protect the conferencing machinery inside our products: calls where an AI bot takes on a configured role, and rooms that stay in sync by consensus.

Most meeting bots join a call and sit idle — glorified recorders. This invention covers a bot that assumes configurable roles inside remote conferencing: moderating, taking notes, participating — switching roles as the meeting demands. For VewMet Calls, that is an AI participant with a job description.
